  Join us for the 3rd annual PAC Bowling Tournament! Dust off your bowling shoes and grab your bowling ball to support the CAA Contra Costa Political Action Committee. The PAC Bowling Tournament brings together rental housing professionals and industry suppliers for an afternoon of connecting, networking, socializing, bowling, and dinner. Attendees decorate their lanes to show their team spirit, and of course, to win the Best Lane Contest. The serious bowlers focus on earning the most points and one lucky winner is awarded the highest score trophy. The competition is fierce, and the retro venue transports you back to the 1980’s with vintage seating, green screens and pinball machines, but sharing this experience with fellow CAA members is, truly, unforgettable. Political contributions are not deductible as a charitable donation for federal & state tax purposes. CAAPAC is a California recipient committee, FPPC ID #745208. Participation in CAAPAC is voluntary. Contributions are not limited to suggested amounts. CAA members will not be favored or disfavored because of their contribution or their decision not to contribute.

  Back by popular demand – The Reverse Trade Show is a fun twist on a traditional trade show or exposition! The Reverse Trade Show is a combination of musical chairs and speed dating. This exclusive event is only available to CAA Members and sells out every year. Don't miss the opportunity to participate in this fast-paced, high-energy tradeshow. Instead of vendors exhibiting at the trade show, Management Companies are the exhibitors. The largest management companies in California send their key decision makers to sit behind a table and meet with Industry Partners 'walking the floor'. The Management Companies attend to meet with vendors to learn about new products or services that could increase their resident satisfaction and returns on their properties. Vendors, or Industry Partners, register a team of two to attend. Only one team per company can participate and the team meets with several different Management Companies for roughly seven minutes per meeting. It is very important that you register as soon as possible for this event. One month prior to the Reverse Trade Show, you will receive a survey of the participating management companies. Please take this survey right away. Meetings will be scheduled by sponsorship and by date and time registered for the event There will plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day.
